- The satellite transmission starts at 14:15 CET, a graphic as well as music will be available for testing purpose.
- Prior to the beginning of the press conference, a video and sound check will take place 14:30-14:35 CET.
- The Press conference will be transmitted live 14:45-15:45 CET.
- A 7-minute rough cut of TV footage from the press conference will be transmitted 16:15-16:30 CET.
