Enhancing cyber resilience: TIBER-EU White Team Guidance

As part of the Eurosystem’s strategy to improve the cyber resilience of the financial sector based on the CPMI-IOSCO guidance, the Governing Council of the ECB has approved the TIBER-EU White Team Guidance. This document, which is an integral part of the TIBER-EU Framework, provides additional, more specific guidance on setting up the White Team, which manages the TIBER test from within the financial entity.
