The Eurosystem’s TARGET Instant Payment Settlement (TIPS) service is under development and scheduled for launch in November 2018. To learn more about TIPS watch our latest video and see how it will make life easier for businesses and people across Europe.

To help ensure that this new service will benefit Europeans the ECB is running the TIPSapp Challenge. Could you design an app that people can use to make instant payments? Find out more by reading the guidelines on how to participate and register your interest by 1 December. You could be invited to the ECB to present your prototype.
